Transfer to hotel accomodations via private coach bus, and stop at Piazzale Michelangelo to enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Florence and take photos overlooking the city! The visit will also include the nearby Church of San Miniato al Monte, a remarkable Romanesque church offering both artistic and scenic highlights. Continue to your hotel and check in procedure. Strolling among the city centre and welcome dinner.
Morning tour among the most important vestiges of Renaissance culture: the city tour will start with a visit to the Piazza del Duomo, Battistero, Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore, Campanile di Giotto and Palazzo Strozzi. The tour continues to the Galleria dell’Accademia to admire its masterpieces of Italian and European art from the 12th to 18th centuries, its impressive collection of Florentine and Tuscan painting, and Michelangelo’s magnificent David. Continue in the afternoon strolling among the most important vestiges of the medieval period in Firenze: Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Lungarno, Basilica di Santa Croce, Cappella dei Pazzi. Visit the traditional florentine leather factory and San Lorenzo’s open market.

Full day trip via private coach bus to the Chianti area. First stop in San Gimignano and visit to this small medieval town. During the tour we will visit a wine cellar and traditional oil mill. After lunch, transfer to Siena. The tour of Siena includes the historical center Piazza del Campo where all important events take place, such as the Palio di Siena (horse race), Cappella di Piazza, Palazzo Pubblico, the Duomo and the Mangia Tower. Enjoy a special dinner at Botteghe dei sapori in Mercato Centrale!
Full day trip to Arezzo via private coachbus. The itinerary takes you along a panoramic road of rare beauty. Walking city tour where you can admire the Piazza Grande, the most noteworthy medieval square in the city. Arezzo is also famous for its antique market, held monthly, and its vibrant artisan workshops, offering a chance to discover local craftsmanship. In particular, it is known as one of Italy’s capitals of gold and jewelry, with a goldsmithing tradition that dates back to the Etruscans. During the visit, stop at the workshop of Master carver Francesco Conti, celebrated creator of the Golden Lance awarded each year to the winner of the Giostra del Saracino, the most solemn and eagerly awaited symbol of this historic reenactment. You will attend a live demonstration and learn from a master goldsmith the art of crafting a piece of jewelry, discovering techniques that date all the way back to the Etruscan era.
Return to Firenze and dinner.
Transfer from Florence to Assisi via private coach bus, followed by accommodation in a traditional countryside agriturismo. Nestled in the heart of the Umbrian landscape, this unique setting provides an authentic experience where students can engage with local traditions, enjoy the natural surroundings, and participate in a variety of enriching activities in a peaceful and inspiring environment.

In the morning visit Assisi. You’ll visit Basilica di San Francesco, close to the ancient city walls, with its magnificent frescoes painted between the 12th and 14th centuries and Santa Maria degli Angeli named after its church inside which, in the Cappella della Porziuncola, St. Francis died in 1226. Return to your agriturismo and dinner.

In the afternoon you will experience a historical and artistic itinerary among the vestiges of Roman culture, discovering architecture, painting, sculpture which left an unforgettable trail all over the world. Itineraries: Foro Romano, Colonna Traiana, Arco di Tito and the Colosseo, symbol of the city. Dinner.

TOUR PROGRAM
The Programs on the website are sample descriptions only.
Superciao Tour will insert the final Program and details in your website area, 30 days prior to departure and will inform the Group Leader and all the participants of all the Tour details: the DAY BY DAY. The Day by Day will provide all information pertinent to your trip.
PROGRAM CHANGES
SCT reserves the right to make any necessary changes pertaining to activities closures, or for reasons that jeopardize the safety of participants. SCT may cancel a Tour due to insufficient participants.
LAND ONLY
Participants may choose to purchase only the land portion of the trip. Participants must then make their own round trip travel arrangements and join the group at the first hotel accommodation. When a participant is not with the main group, SCT is not responsible for the participant in any way. Domestic or international flights or transfers of any kind outside SCT are responsibility of client: Tour participants who choose land only must arrange transportation from airport to the first hotel and vice versa on their own.
SCT will deduct $ 1000.00 from the package price quote.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The cancellation policies outlined below take into consideration the costs SCT incurs long before groups ever depart.
Notice of cancellation from a tour will only be accepted from the participant, his or her legal guardian or the group leader.
The date of cancellation will be determined by the date on which SCT receives written notice to the following email addresses:

Cancellation refunds can only be made to the person whose name appears on the account; monies cannot be transferred to another account.
The refunds will be made within 50 days from the request.
* Non-refundable fees are also deducted from refunds.

PASSPORTS, VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
A valid US passport is required for travel for US citizens. If you do not have a valid passport please contact your closest passport office. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after the return date. US citizens do not need to obtain visas for Italy. When and if visa is required it is passenger’s responsibility to obtain one. Cancellations due to lack of appropriate travel documents will incur usual penalties.
In the latter part of 2026, ETIAS will be implemented. ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) is an electronic travel authorization required for visa-exempt travelers entering the Schengen Area. It is not a visa, but a pre-travel authorization that must be obtained online prior to departure, allowing authorities to carry out security checks before arrival. Each traveler will be responsible for obtaining this pre-travel authorization.
PASSPORT NAME
Participant’s name must be registered EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON ONE’S PASSPORT!
Upon receipt of the airline ticket, the passenger is responsible to check the itinerary, spelling of his/her name, dates, times to insure its validity. If the airline allows, it will charge a $ 250 change fee each time the ticket is altered. Once a ticket is issued, it belongs to person in whose name it was issued.
The participant will be responsible for any fees applied by the airline if exact information has not been provided. Should the ticket have any errors, it is the passenger’s responsibility to contact Superciao Tour srl immediately.
BAGGAGE
Each tour participant is advised to bring one suitcase and one small carry-on bag (8”x14”x22”). The Airlines New Baggage Regulations are as follows:
* For passengers travelling in Economy-Class: 1 piece at 50lb (23kg) maximum dimensions of 45 in. (158 cm); the sum of the 3 dimensions must not exceed 62 in. (158 cm) for each bag.
* Carry on Items: 1 piece maximum weight 18lb (8kg), maximum dimensions 22x15x8 in (55x40x20 cm).
Please check with your specific airline to verify the size and weight allowances.
Superciao Tour is not responsible for any loss, delay of or damage to luggage or its contents and for any event during the time the participants are not on board.
