The group will select the two full-day excursion destinations from the options offered for their chosen location. Other visits and activities will be arranged according to the agreed program.

Academic Program and Activities

– One live virtual tour during class, led by a specialized guide.
Transportation
– Airport transfer to the accommodations by private coach reserved for the group, as agreed.
– Private coach transportation for the two full-day excursions included in the program.
– Local bus transportation as outlined in the program. Visits also include walking.
Accommodations and Meals
– 12 nights in a 3- or 4-star hotel in Riccione or Sorrento, or in bungalows with a kitchen and private bathroom in Torre del Lago Puccini.
– Accommodations in the room configuration agreed upon for the group. Any additional charges for single or double rooms will be specified in the proposal.
– Daily breakfast and dinner, with water included. Other beverages are not included.
– Three special restaurant dinners, replacing the regular dinners: a welcome dinner, a dinner midway through the stay, and a farewell dinner.
No refunds will be provided for meals not consumed. Any dietary restrictions must be formally communicated at registration so they can be accommodated when arranging meals.
Guided Tours and Admission Fees
– Admission to the museums specifically listed in the program.
– Guided tours as outlined in the program, led by licensed tour guides with commentary in English.
Assistance and Insurance
– A Tour Leader throughout the stay, providing 24-hour assistance to the group.
– Basic liability insurance.
THE STUDY VACATION PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE
– Flight. At the school’s request, TILI can arrange flights at an additional cost.
– Additional charges for single or double rooms.
– Beverages other than the water included with dinner.
– Optional travel protection and trip cancellation insurance.
– Gratuities for the Tour Leader and long-distance coach drivers.
– Personal expenses, such as shopping, phone top-ups, minibar purchases, and laundry.
